Please notify us if you’re running late! Late arrivals may have a shortened appointment to avoid affecting other clients.

is there an age limit?

Decoden is suitable for all ages. Adult supervision/assistance is required for children under 10 due to small-part choking hazards and the difficulty of piping cream glue.

What is your cancellation, rescheduling and no show policy?

Please cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance using your confirmation email link. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $20 fee per missed appointment.

For private events, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.

How do i care for my decoden?

Keep your creation flat in its box with the lid open for 5–7 days to fully dry. Handle gently. Detached charms can be reattached with super glue. Spot-clean gently with a Q-tip and alcohol.
