what if i am late to my appointment?

If you anticipate being late to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any delays, but please be aware that late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to ensure fairness to other clients.

is there an age limit?

We believe that decoden is a fun activity suitable for all ages. However, it's important to note that cream glue piping, while enjoyable, can be challenging for younger participants and there is a potential risk of small parts posing a choking hazard for children under 10 years old. Therefore, adult supervision and/or assistance is required during decoden sessions to ensure safety and maximize enjoyment for our younger participants.

What is your cancellation, reshceduling and no show policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. You can easily cancel or reschedule by using the link provided in your confirmation email.

For larger groups and private events, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests are permitted up to 48 hours in advance. However, last-minute cancellations, rescheduling or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards and debit cards. Please feel free to choose the option that suits you best.

We strive to ensure your experience with us is as seamless and relaxing as possible. While tips are not expected, they’re greatly appreciated by our team!

How do i take care of my decoden?

After bringing your decoden creation home, ensure that it is stored flat in its box with the top open for 5-7 days.This allows the cream glue to fully dry and set.

We advise handling your decoden delicately to prevent charms and cream glue from loosening. If they do detach, don't fret – you can easily reattach them using super glue.

To maintain your decoden's pristine appearance, gently spot clean it with a Q-tip and alcohol when necessary.
